STORE POLICIES:

All Sales Final. No refunds. We accept exchanges only on merchandise that remain in perfect condition. Please be sure to send your items back in accordance to our policy listed below:

-To initiate an exchange, please contact us first at sales@dripboutique.com.
-Item(s) must be exchanged for the same product and sent back to us within 5 days of the delivery date.
-Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have no alterations.
-No exchanges on swimwear, bodysuits, or undergarments.
-Original tags must remain attached to item(s).
-Sale and discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged.
-All shipping fees are non-refundable.
-Please allow 5-10 business days to process all exchanges once we receive the item(s).
-Item(s) must not show any signs of wear. *Drip Boutique has the right to refuse an exchange on any merchandise that shows any sign of wear (i.e. sweat marks, deodorant stains, makeup, odor, etc) .

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
Drip Boutique LLC will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Tracking numbers are provided with every order. Once an item is shipped, please connect with the shipping carrier for any questions or concerns in regards to lost or stolen packages.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
We thoroughly inspect all merchandise prior to shipment. In the event that an item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item and email us directly at sales@dripboutique.com. Damaged items must be reported to us within 2 days of the delivery date. Please be sure to include your full name and order number within the email as well.
