Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Exchange only.
Exchanges
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange (we do not offer refunds).
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Worn, washed, and altered items cannot be exchanged for any reason. Please note that sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Additional non-exchangeable items:
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Undergarments (lingerie, bra, panties)
- All white items
- Leggings/tights
- Accessories (i.e. handbags, face masks, sunglasses, hats, etc)
There are certain situations where exchanges are not acceptable:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that a return request is submitted more than 5 days after delivery
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned to our store for an exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. All sale items are final sale.
How to submit a return request

- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. Note: You may also login with ShopPay.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store. In your note please list the new item you would like to exchange for along with the size.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you are responsible for all shipping costs. You are also responsible for any costs associated with the new item. After the product is returned to us, you will receive an email with your new invoice (if necessary) along with tracking information for your new item (once shipped).
Shipping & Handling Fees
The shipping & handling fees paid on the initial order are non-refundable.
Shipping
A representative will provide you with our address for returns once your return request is approved. You will be notified via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
